- Waste Management (No. 179) appointed CEO, effective Jan. 4, 2027. Morris currently serves as President and previously served as COO of the company. He will succeed , who will serve in an advisory role until mid-February before retiring after more than 25 years at the company.
Energy
- TargaResources (No. 262) appointed CFO, effective Sept. 1. He previously served as President of Logistics and Transportation at the company and will succeed , who will retire as CFO but will remain with the company in a nonexecutive capacity through the end of the year.
Food, beverages, and tobacco
- HormelFoods (No. 363) named EVP and CFO, effective Sept. 8. Bhumbla joins from Tyson Foods (No. 87), where he was most recently SVP and CFO of the company’s chicken business. He succeeds interim CFO , who will remain VP, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer and was appointed after former CFO left the company in October 2025.
Retailers
- Kohl’s (No. 289) appointed to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer. Parisi previously served as Chief Digital Officer. The appointment came as the company announced the departure of Chief Marketing Officer .
Technology
- Micron Technology (No. 125) appointed President and COO. He previously served as EVP of Global Operations and joined the memory-chip maker in 2017. Bhatia is the company’s first COO since 2012.
