Development projects worth about $64 billion have been delayed or canceled across the US due to community pushback,\u00a0according to\u00a0industry researcher Data Center Watch. Unions support the incentives so that their members can build the data centers. Climate Jobs Illinois, an umbrella group representing 15 unions, issued a\u00a0statement\u00a0on Friday calling on Pritzker to reverse his pause.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThis pause does nothing to lower utility bills, protect the grid, or advance clean energy.
